Accidentally to a report from Football.London, Chelsea made a bid for Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa on deadline day which was turned down, and the player himself has commented on the offer.
Speaking to the media, he stated, “I was already aware it wouldn’t materialize, but when the money was put on the table, it changed the perspective somewhat. When the funds arrived, we had another discussion, but we were in agreement, so there were no issues.
I already had a clear course of action in mind, so it was fine.”
The West London club reportedly offered £29.9 million for his services, and when asked about the proposed fee, Nusa responded, “That’s a substantial sum of money.
A significant amount. However, I try not to dwell on it too much. I can’t let it consume my thoughts, you know. I don’t believe it’s beneficial for me.”

Antonio Nusa was born in Langhus, Norway, on March 17, 2005. He started his football career at Langhus IL, before moving to Stabaek’s youth section at the age of 13.
In early 2021, Nusa was given the chance to train with Stabaek’s senior team. He impressed the coaches so much that he was offered a contract with the first team
The 18-year- old ‘s performances for Stabaek attracted the attention of clubs from all around Europe. In the summer of 2021, he signed a contract with Club Brugge, one of the biggest clubs in Belgium and has been a key member of their squad ever since.

Nusa is a talented winger who is known for his pace, dribbling skills, and finishing ability. He is also a good passer and crosser of the ball. He is considered to be one of the most promising young players in Norway, and he is expected to have a bright future in the game.
Nusa is still a very young player. He is only 18 years old and has only played a handful of games at the top level.
It is important to give him time to develop and mature before expecting him to be a regular starter. However, should the Blues acquire his signature he could become a great financial prospect in the foreseeable future.
